Perth Royal Wine Show

The Perth Royal Wine Show is WA’s premier wine competition. Established in 1843 the competition is credited with putting WA on the map as a producer of quality wines.

Multiple Entries

Exhibitors can enter three entries per Class except for the Fortified Classes. No wine is to be entered into the Show more than once (excluding Wines of Provenance Class).

Wine of Provenance

The Wines of Provenance classes continue in this year’s wine competition – Dry White and Dry Red table wines. These classes are to award Australian wines that demonstrate exceptional consistency and intrinsic quality over the years. Each entry is to consist of a group of three different vintages – 2014 and younger 5 – 9 years old +10 years old – these wines will be judged together as a group.

Educational Scholarship

A new scholarship being established by RASWA as part of its expanding education program will assist two students a year to study a wine related course. More information about this exciting opportunity may be obtained from the Royal Agricultural Society Website under the Advanced Wine Judges Scholarship page.
